Honestly man planning to kiss her on date 3 is kind of late. Not that you can’t do that.. but if she’s having doubts and has other developments in her love life, with no other information, probably you’ve been moving too slow and some other guy got her excited.
Plenty of ways you could handle it and if her friend is telling you that then there’s a pretty decent chance that that’s that.. but I would say you can’t go into it with a specific plan because there’s no way to know what her reality is. Key in on her body language and what she tells you and try to make a move if its open and she gives you signs.
