   Funny thing is, there was a thread pretty close to this not long ago and EVERYONE was telling OP “Christmas is for the kids!” and “He's sleeping on the couch, get over yourself” and “It's important to have both parents to wake up with the kid on Christmas morning”

   Reddit is weird. (and yes I know different people are here all the time, but I see a lot of regulars saying the exact opposite of what they said in the other thread)

   Ripping off your ring and saying you 'want it to be done' is one of those things.

   He may change his mind, but it looks like this is one of many things that has juat built up to him calling it off.
