People are really sick with this “he's too old for you” crap. Granted he sounds shady af and OP should cut him loose, but it's either a cop out or a personal hang up to say he's too old. There are plenty of legitimate reasons, just from the short description she gave, to know that he's up to no good. Being “old” has nothing to do with it.
I'll see if i can subtlely vouch for one I like. I wish we were close enough I could just say “homie you stink lets brainstorm”
I think the red flag is how upset you are about it (ie showing that you don’t trust him, that’s a bad sign and you should pay attention to it). There’s nothing inherently wrong with spending loads of time with coworkers of the opposite sex. 99% of my coworkers are male, we go out for drinks frequently and my boyfriend has never cared ever bc he trusts me and we have established that etc. so I don’t think it’s the situation occurring as much as your bf showing himself to be untrustworthy/you should pay attention to your feelings about that bc that’s a bad sign.
