NTA, although I do think yelling at anyone for any reason is unproductive and just makes the situation worse.
With that being said, your reasons for being upset are reasonable. He should respect your limited time and if he wanted to game all day and night, he should have changed plans with you. It’s not fair to make someone wait on you for long lengths of time like that. He needs to have some respect in that regard IMO.
If she is that mentally unstable there is nothing else you can do. You can't force her to do anything.
She owns her own home but they stay with me almost every night. We have tried to correct her but she doesn't listen. The girl has no concept of personal space when it comes to animals. I have chickens and she was squeezing one of the chicks I had to pry it out of her hands.
