Absolutely do not go back to him. Your body (and his!) will not be the same in 10 years. Eating healthy, living healthy, and exercising is important, but to tie that to weight is just wrong. Life is full of many obstacles, and you have to give and take. What if you got into a career that would take 2 years of 60-hour work weeks to get a head. Those 2 years would change what you are able to do outside of work. What if you got pregnant with twins. Do you think you would be at the gym any time soon after they were born? It might take a year or two or three to get back to normalcy. This is life. Crazy twists and turns. He just sounds unrealistic and toxic.
