She's being manipulative when she accuses you of manipulatuon for setting standards for your relationships about which you are being entitely open.
You should cut contact completely, at least for a while. Assume you're never getting back together, and online life based on that asumption. If she ever changes her mind, she can let you know at that point (and you can decide if you're in a place where you feel like getting back together), but don't put your dating life on hold waiting her to finish whatever she's doing that she doesn't want to be dating you.
I think you should ask him in a non-accusatory manner. Like “ did you know this is fake?” Then see his reaction. Although it is highly likely that he did know and this was deliberate. He likely thought he could get away with it because you into the name brand stuff. To me it’s more about the dishonesty than anything. He he can lie about this then what else is he lying about.
I'm so sorry to hear that your dad's such a dick too, but proud of you for going NC. I've been NC with my dad for years now, and tbh he's that bad and makes everyone miserable and has ruined my life (I was his scapegoat) that I honestly hope he kicks the bucket. At least I'd get to come home again, and my mom would be able to on-line her life again.
I mean, the flip side to that is handing it over and possibly breaking up if they're offended by the lack of trust.
