You don't have the right to be upset about her stupid behaviors before you met her. But you do have the right to be upset that she lied to you. You're not wrong to wonder if you could ever trust her. Don't be so desperate to say you have a girlfriend that you stay with someone this duplicitous.
It sounds to me like she was drugged and assaulted. She's likely having trouble remembering everything that happened and is trying to process the nightmare of what she does remember.
