Where do you online that this is considered a serious debt? 5k in CC is nothing. Mortgage doesn't count. Car financing doesnt count. It's a plus if anything. Being able to have a mortgage and have credit good enough to lease/fiance a car in this economy is a huge step ahead. I see no red flags.
