Same happened to me when I was in your age. I had never been in a relationship and she had been with 11 guys. Lasted for 2 years until I felt I needed more experience and ended things with her. Biggest mistake ever. Have been with just as many girls but they aren’t the same. Nothing have lasted for mora then a couple of months. If she’s been with that many guys and still decides you’re the one. You are!
He currently crashes with family since he’s only home like 3-4 months total of the year. I know he pays them but i think it’s only like $500 a month. The cost of living here is over 2000 a month. I have a STEAL of a place.
The whole point is that you stop seeing your friends as much. You become more and more isolated, and you start walking on eggshells. He’ll be a wonderful at times, and abusive at others. By the time a few years have passed you’ll be completely broken down and have a trauma bond, no self esteem or belief in yourself, and two young kids. You won’t get to finish medical school, or if you do, your money will be his because he helped you. It’s usually one or the other. The point is to trap you, slowly and insidiously, so that you have nowhere to go and no money to leave.
I mean, I condone the practice of safety, I'm asking cuz I'm curious. Did I miss something that implied OP may be concerned her BF and their semi-shared partner were transmitting an STI between them?
Cuz didn't read any of that in the post. Actual or subtext.
My husband and I had strong feelings right from the start.
Some friendships go one way and some the other
I certainly have mates who I don't go to if I'm feeling shit but we're still good mates
I'd agree tho that a partner should definitely be more helpful
