I feel so bad saying this, but there’s times where he’s not aware of what he’s doing. Like for example, he uses this baby voice when stating obvious things in tutoring, and I know he is just joking but the voice makes me think that he’s a child. It’s the fact that he’s not mature that makes me like and dislike him. I like how funny and goofy he is, but I just feel like he hasn’t had a bad experience in life that would make him more aware of his actions. I wonder what it would be like if he were to meet my parents, and it scares the hell out of me because again, I feel like he wouldn’t present himself in a mature manner. The main thing that has always turned me away from guys is how awkward things get. I know that you have to get comfortable with someone to not make things awkward, but I always overthink about when things got awkward during dates and it makes me think less of the guy, which in turn, makes me want to ghost him.
