If you're choosing dumping her versus her having any say in a house that she would move into with you presumably long term, and upset that she wants input on her future living situation (you jumped right to “she's trying to control my spending!”) it seems like you have your answer regarding if this really is a long term relationship.
I'd be upset if my partner thought “it's my way or the highway 100% and I don't care about your input even though you'd be living here too, and for a long time in theory” but then somehow turned that problem into me possibly being controlling down the road. I hope you notice the irony in that. I'm not saying you should bend over backwards here, but really think about whether you can or want to compromise, if you really see a future with her, etc.
