We have no clue if she went from 90 pounds to 150 pounds or 180 to 240, everyone. Those are different situations, and height also matters. Not enough info is here to say what the right move is.
But why are you afraid of her gaining more weight? What if she loses weight and then gains it and is stuck in pattern? What if she has your kids and is working full time and taking care of your children and stays at this new weight or gains 20 pounds? Would you not be attracted to her because you don’t think you should be attracted to larger women, or is it your preference, which one can argue may be fatphobia since you’re freaking out over a hypothetical?
I think the biggest question you actually need to ask yourself is “can I be with someone long term and happily when their weight will fluctuate and their mental health is suffering?”
If you can’t, just end it now. It’s not fair to her or potential future kids.
