Your gf has issues that are not really your fault. You are not being insensitive and in fact talking about your opinion that the old coworkers diet is not unhealthy, which is true, is not the same as criticizing her body image and appearance. Thats really some deep insecurity issues and victimation.That is actually a pretty healthy diet and your gf is strange and being insecure judging other's healthy lifestyle. Her rudeness isn't justified either. She sounds like the sensitive ahole. Really judgmental about other people's lifestyle and gets butt hurt when others agree with it. Nobody can deal with a sensitive ahole. It is always going to be a toxic environment where you have to walk on eggshells because any disagreement would be interpreted as a personal threat. It just sounds like anti-relationship behavior.
