In late 2021, We made a post inquiring how to tell my son’s father that we have a kid together. Growing up was hot, and by the way we grew up, I wouldn’t expect much from him. This is not to knock him down, but he has been living a certain lifestyle (selling drugs/always fighting/rebellious teen shit). When I had a baby with 15, I had no idea what I was doing, but I did know that I would in no way do anything that would lead to him growing up like I did. I believe people can change, consider my dad for example. 10 years back he was a full-blown medication addict and now he’s fully sober & expecting their 2nd child(Don’t do a lot of, he’s 42).

With that being said, I decided to meet up with my son' s father and really feel him out. After doing so, I felt like he has been very stable and informed him about our son. It’s not really a reaction you can explain, but just imagine someone being told they have a 6-year-old son…yeah (he’s 8 now). I gave him some time to process, and I let the ball be in his court, last thing I wanted was in order to force anything on anybody.

He called me personally 4 days later, and decided to meet up again. We all kept meeting up until I felt comfortable bringing your pet around my son. From the moment they met, it was just natural. I admire the amount of love and dedication he' s put into being a dad and giving my boy that relationship that strong down, I felt awful that I couldn' t supply. All around positive update and I' m really pleased that my son today has his father in his life. Thanks to everyone that will helped: )
