I’ve been with our boyfriend a year. He has normally said he thinks I’m the love of their life. We are aligned in terms of what we want in life etc . and have a great relationship. They have an ex who he had a very turbulent relationship with. I think they were on and off for a long time. Yesterday I found a notepad of his and some notes he had made comparing all of us. He describes me since safe and healthy and stable and serious. And that she is electric and enthusiastic. He said he has been missing that excitement spend me but he knew it was an unhealthy relationship along with her. He also says it can feel boring with me because he doesn’t have to try because very hot to please me. I feel heart broken to learn this. Help please!
TL; DR My bf referred to me as the safe stable option and his ex since the exciting one. I feel hurt and need advice.
