Understandable. Remember that getting married should feel joyful, fulfilling, exciting, etc… opposite of what you feel right now (anxious, scared, sad).
Put it off and feel lucky it wasn’t a huge wedding you’ll have to cancel with friends/family losing money they spent on hotels/tickets etc.
