Ya know a phone is supposed to be a convenience for your life, not the ruler of your life. That’s why my notification tone is a doorbell. Someone is asking to enter “my home” & I determine when (or if) I open that door.
Admittedly. I let more “visitors” in than I should (spend too much time on my phone) but do try to never lose sight that actual people are more important than that doorbell. Sadly think your guy hasn’t learned that lesson.
