2. To me honestly, it sounds clear what it is you want, you want to leave her, you are just hung up on the other unsaid part. No one wants to be the one to break their vows, no one wants to hurt someone by their choices, but you have to accept that. You have to accept that you are no longer compatible with how she is now. People change, and in all relationships its up to both parties to either accept those changes or works towards another, but if for whatever reason, internal or external, that work cant be shared, then thats is.

   It doesnt matter what therapy could do, what treatments or less work, etc could do for her. If you cannot accept her as she is now, if you cant stay married to her if nothing changes, then you are no longer compatible and the marriage needs to end. And when it does, you have to accept you will be the villain in her story snd probably for people close to her as well like family and friends. And thats ok. Dont spend your short life in a situation you dont want to be in. Outside of her ability and your issues as her caretaker, you are already incompatible. I dont think your wife will ever want children, you do now, its no ones fault, it just is.
