If she has said she can do better with her BPD what does she actually do to do just that? Have you seen her actually going out of her way to improver herself on what she is saying by e.g. taking a moment to herself and think about what she is about to say? Or is she going to therapy or taking medications? Just having it, not actively doing sth about it and using as an excuse for behaviour isnt okay.
It is nice of her to offer to you to move in and work for her mum, but given the fact that you say you have a job lined up that you're gonna start soon makes me question her. I guess you also want to be able to support yourself first and move out of your parents house, have your own little place. Also moving in with each other after 3-4 months – and then your your future in-laws – doesn't sound like a good idea to me.
I applaud you for getting yourself out of a dark place and recognising you don't want to join the Navy anymore (sometimes realising you don't want sth anymore and to stop working towards it is hot). You have to figure out what you want for yourself, as a job, for housing, and what you are looking for in a partner.
