Is meeting up for breakfast a normal thing to do? I’m genuinely asking because I only have breakfast with family, spouse or extremely close friends. Brunch, lunch and dinner would be more meals for people not so close.

You said it’s affecting your working relationship, which makes it a real problem. I know you’ve said it in front of your boss, but have you spoken to them privately? They might not realize it’s bothering you.
