I understand having bad experiences with therapists, doctors are humans, some are good and some are bad. But what she's experiencing is worse than treatment and is impacting her whole life and your life. She needs to try again with another therapist/doctor. If she keeps refusing, you can't just stay with her forever and let her destroy YOU as well.
The only “fair” way is to split costs based on income, or not buy together.
