I definitely think he had a right to know but it wasn’t your place to tell him. At the most you should have only hinted at it and let him ask her.

And to be truthful that’s all I’ve ever been to her, the nice guy, given her the world and no matter the situation never taken anything out on her or really even shown anything to her, but this situation broke me, and I made a huge mistake showing my anger and frustration in front of her, she tells me she’s done and only unblocked my number so I could get my stuff, yet continues to talk to me here and there and when I have been over there it’s obvious by her actions that she still wants to be together but she won’t say it, example, she tends to twitch her feet or get antsy when she’s uncomfortable and the second we cuddle or sit down or spend time together that all goes away, she lays in my arms and smiles and it’s clear she’s comfortable and happy, she’s kissed me a few times more than just a peck and those felt very meaningful and strong from her and we’ve laughed and had fun and felt whole again for a few hours, I’ve even spent the night with her and she’s cuddled right up to me all night and said she loved me back when I left in the morning although she denies it because she was half awake lol
What a fucked up story about fucked up people fucking over one guy (who's probably a fucker too). Do the only right thing and tell the guy. Spare the world another fucked up family that'll produce more fucked up kids.
I would also recommend changing the locks while you are out (if you plan to do it in public), for your safety. Can also have pre packed a bag for him so he can go stay somewhere else.
