You're going to get a lot of the “it's her body, her choice”. It's true, it's her nose and she can do what she wants with it.
However, it does also affect the person who fell in love with them. If my partner decided to get a tattoo on their face, for example, that'd be a complete turn off for me. It'd take some serious getting used to, if I even could.
I see no harm in letting her know how beautiful and attractive her nose is to you and how much it suits her. Just remind her that you support her either way – if you truly do.
