Also that she's enabling it tbh. I feel very similarly to you and I have to admit part of my “attempting to behave well“ is fueled by a desire to, ya know, not be alone and disliked. If I had someone who loved me and clearly stuck around throughout me behaving poorly I question if I'd have bothered trying to be a better person.
