You are judging this girl way too harshly… and you don't know the whole story with her relationship with Jake, but even if it played out exactly as you said above… Jake dumped her, she moved on with someone else quickly. Jake took it badly (and therapy over an 8 month relationship ending by your own choice seems very extreme). My guess is whoever is feeding you rumors wants to cause drama and does not have your best interests here. But really, if you are going to judge her like this, break up and allow her to move on and date someone else who won't judge her and seek out dirt on her previous relationships.
