The problem here is that one partner cheating doesn't excuse the other partner to cheat. Yes, she's objectively awful. I'm not sure whether he knows or not as you didn't say. But her being a cheater and finding out he's a cheater doesn't just diminish her feelings about it (and to be clear, I really do think she's an abhorrent person). She's allowed to be angry and upset about it.
I think the issue here is how you did it. You logically weren't wrong, but you did in fact kick her while she was down and insult her in front of friends. No one would blame you for ending your friendship with her or everyone else. But if you're not going to, why fight this battle? What does it accomplish?

I’m 37, and any time I hear stories like this it baffles me. I see anyone under 20 as a child even if you are legally an adult. It’s probably the same thought process you get when you see a 10 year old. The idea of pursuing a sexual relationship with anyone that young is repulsive.
