In your story I am the sick younger sister. My sister helped me out recently w a place to stay, but I've been sober for 2.5 years. Actively in a mental health crisis she has forced me to stay in the hospital because that is what I needed. She couldn't help me properly and I was too much for her.

Does he want a girlfriend who’s faithful only because he’s prohibited her from hanging out with her guy friends?
At least half of my best friends have been men and my husband trusts me completely … because he knows them too and knows I wouldn’t want romance with any of them! They’re not bad looking or anything but he knows me and he knows them and he knows why none of us would be interested in the other. Maybe the trick is making sure you hang out together a lot too so your boyfriend can realize this is how it is with your male friends.
I guess if I was close friends with someone exactly like my husband only more handsome and fit, he’d not like that, lol, but honestly I would never be close friends with anyone like that because I wouldn’t want the temptation.
The bottom line is he needs to trust you because he knows you and he knows them, and not because he’s controlling you. Faithfulness under control is not true fidelity.
Personally, I would be worried about his relationships with his female friends after what he’s said. Sounds like he may be projecting his feelings of temptation onto you.
