It's your gut telling you that the relationship is nearing its end imo. If he won't even touch you anymore without prompting he ether is cheating, or like you said, lost interest in you. The question is was this a gradual change or a sudden one? If it was out of the blue he could be cheating or seeing someone else, if it was gradual then he may just not be interested and it's time to move on to someone who is.

Reading this was strangely exhausting. If you're ever in a situation like this and you feel all tied up and confused and overwhelmed, it's a sign that at absolute best, the relationship is not going well. But it's also likely you're already headed towards a breakup and just need to end it. It sounds like this relationship is going downhill and fast.
