I once saw my ex like stuff like that on social media and I was so embarrassed and appalled by this kind of Neanderthal behavior. Eew. It’s a big ick and makes you look dumb and therefore less attractive.
Cool, I encourage you to also explore the idea behind why you feel so guilty. Empathy and love is not guilty. Try to pinpoint what is causing the guilty feels. Could be manipulation, pass relationship, childhood trauma, personal fear? Whatever it is, work on coming to terms with it.
Also important to remember that you cant help anyone if they dont want to be help. I saw your other post that your planning to talk to her. If she “agrees to change”, be prepared for disappoint, depressed folks tend to try for a couple of months before reverting back to old ways.
