The post you refer to was in the fall of 2021 when he refused to define our relationship, and even though I asked numerous times…still was left in the dark as to if I was really his gf or not….we continued to have a relationship for a year and a half afterwards, so that’s along time to be with someone if you couldn’t “get over it”
Better not to speculate – it could be something ugly like he got interested in someone else.
