They have firmly said they would never want to go to school unless they knew what they wanted to go for which they don't. I recommended them to start looking at all the government funded programs since there are so many at our local colleges right now, but they were pretty against it. They have had bad school experiences I guess.
I've also offered to try and get them a job where I work (where they would be working for a different company that I currently work and our jobs wouldn't involve eachother at all) because we have shorter shifts available for a really good wage, if only to try it out.
