Space from each other is healthy and it makes you enjoy the time spent together even more. I think your bf insists on this 24/7 contact as a means of controlling you and watching your every move.

    How does he react if you tell him you’re too busy to call him? Does he get irrationally angry? Accuse you of cheating?

  2. Just go NC or LC with your sister. I presume you have gone NC with your ex and have blocked him everywhere possible. You can't control your sister if she does not see the damage by her remaining friends with your ex, does to your relationship with her.

    Don't allow your ex to further poison your relationship with your sister as he apparently is trying to do. He will keep trying to maintain a relationship with your sister to hurt you indirectly like he is doing now.

    Just move on and heal from the toxic relationship you had with him.

  4. Actually there are muscles down there that can be larger or smaller. A lot of men feel the difference before and after childbirth for example.

    In France we have the right to 20 hours free physiotherapy to get our bodies back in shape after childbirth. Most of that time is spent working on our perineas, to prevent incontinence later in life. To explain to us exactly what muscles we need to be flexing, the physiotherapist tells us that our partners will feel the difference, we'll have more gripping power.
