If there’s more context that’s important, please provide it, because while I have an opinion which I’ll provide in a moment, if he was truly disrespectful during the fight and you’re not just projecting, then I want to be fair to you and your feelings.
But as it stands, you’re incredibly overreacting and blowing things out of proportion. There’s no reason to believe he’s been lying to you. You need to realize that the two of you have been firmly entrenched in the honeymoon phase and have been wearing rose colored glasses. Neither of you could do any wrong because you’re so happy.
In saying that, you should be confident that he was being truthful that he was happy with you being around all the time for the first couple months. But then reality kicked in and he realized it’s just been A LOT. He likely then questioned himself and considered if he was wrong or overreacting.
But then a few days ago he laid it all out. I agree that he could have handled it a lot better, and you’re right to be upset by that. To make this about trust though is just a bit much. You agree with his general premise. Don’t make it a bigger issue.
Either way, you two still need to sit down and have a conversation about all of this and establish expectations. Good luck.
I think you're absolutely right, I tried to tell him this multiple times, that maybe he is “projecting” his feeling of stress at the house, because sometimes he is very anxious about very little things and it usually comes to hand when he has a hot day at work, but he's not accepting this, and he refuse going to therapy. That's the reason I'm don't know how to handle the situation any more but just read your comment made me feel really understood. Thank you very much.
