OP says they “suffer from extreme bouts of depression,” which, while not a photograph of clinical paperwork, is phrased in a way that means it isn’t just this situation that’s depressing them. Clearly OP is the only one who knows for sure whether they have an official diagnosis. As for the other BS, OP clearly outlines doing many household tasks per day. If that isn’t “taking up housework,” then I don’t know what is. Again, if OP’s husband isn’t having his expectations met in this area, then it was his responsibility to check in about whether they were on the same wavelength. Or was OP also expected to take on this role & then petulantly ask every single day whether they’ve performed their duties thoroughly enough to deserve a hug or a compliment?
