  1. As a baseline, I've been with my fiance for almost 6 years and the only reason she wants to go through my phone is when she's bored, she'll go through my Reddit because I'm subbed to vastly different things than she is.

She doesn't go through my texts, she doesn't go through my emails, she snoops my Reddit feed.

People going through your phone “to find evidence” aren't normal and they probably figure “if I can do it, they can do it.”

My advice is to absolutely get the fuck out. The only relationships you should ever be talking about with your partner, is your own.

  2. The kids aren’t toddlers anymore, the youngest is 4 going on 5 and my other son is about to be 7. Also when we do it I put her pleasure first and I know how to get her off sexually we been together for 12 years. We even use toys. When we have sex it’s great that’s not the issue.

  3. they don’t keep records of stats on who fought or didn’t

    Actually they do.

90% of custody cases are settled without any court at all, presumably if the father asked for custody and wanted it in those cases, he would go to court to attempt it. Therefore it is safe to say that in 90% of cases, men are either happy with the custody arrangement, or did not fight, try etc for custody.

It IS true that in 79.9% of cases, custody WAS awarded to the woman.

In 51% of total cases (roughly 64% of the above cases in which the woman was awarded custody), according to a study conducted in 2018, the parents agreed and wrote up contracts that the mother should get full custody

That leaves only 10% of cases in which men specifically asked the courts for custody. In those 10% of cases, dudes were awarded at least partial custody 87.3% of the time

Now, it should be noted that these results do seem to have a lot of geographical variations between states.

    For example

20 states giving fathers 50% of the overall time.

But, fathers in Tennessee get just 21.8% of custody time, while those in Mississippi get 23% of the time, those in Georgia 23.5% of the time, and those in Washington 23.8%.

In Connecticut, Maine, New Mexico, and Vermont, parenting time is divided almost exactly equally among male and female parents, each parent spends about 182.5 days each year with their children.

In Texas, with just 33% of parenting time allotted to male parents, fathers are awarded only about 120.5 days each year with their children, whereas mothers receive about 245 days.

So, I would highly encourage you to research your own state’s situation.

My entire point is…try for custody. The majority of cases where women get custody, it’s because the dude doesn’t even ask for it. In the vast majority of cases where they actually ask? They get at least partial court mandated custody.
