30M and 29F relationship. She tells me she wants to break up but gets mad when I follow through with it

My gf and I have been rocky for a couple of weeks. She finally told me that she doesn’t feel anything for me anymore, no longer in love with me, and wants to break up. She tells me a lot that I make everything about me especially when I want to go to bed early for example. Here’s a little more detail. She’s tells me a lot of things that I am doing wrong. Meanwhile, I work almost 7 days a week to keep us afloat, she doesn’t work, she’s on my insurance, and we live on one income with too expensive rent. I also do majority of the house chores, including taking care of the dogs, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc.
