My fiance and I have been together for over a year now. I left work early without informing her. When I got home, I overheard her talking to another guy in the apartment we share together. Mind you, I pay 100% of all the bills and hers as well. When I walked in, she was shocked and asked me why I had come home early, I turned around and asked her who she was talking to on the phone. She claimed she was watching a YouTube video. I told her I literally just overheard you talking and laughing with a guy on the phone, and as soon as I opened the door, you hung the call up and jumped up. We started arguing. She turned around and started gaslighting me, calling me a cheater while the whole time she was the one I caught on the phone. Mind you for the past few months, she will go to the store and disappear for 3-4 hours, not answering her calls. She will literally go missing. When she calls later on, she usually comes up with stupid excuses. Oh, I left my phone in the car while shopping. The other lie a few weeks ago was that she had an unscheduled back to back video interview on the phone and couldn't get to me. I told her no job would have a video interview for 3 hours, and she couldn't even provide an email notification that informed her about an interview. Today, I proceeded to kick her out after finding out she was talking and laughing with a guy on the phone when I wasn't home and lie about it. Did I do the right thing by kicking her out and breaking up? Do you think she was cheating all along?
