Wife (35f) is being delusional and thinks I’m (36M) hacking her devices

I think she may have fallen for a phishing link or something and her laptop has probably been compromised. I’ve seen it act super weird.

But now she believes all her devices are hacked and being spied on. Somebody told her that this attack must’ve come through the home router so she automatically assumed I’m the one who is hacking her devices.

There is so much going on I’ll just list some things she’s doing right now:

• Switches off the router in my gaming room because she thinks I’m using it to hack her.
• accusing me of breaking into her room (we’re sleeping in separate rooms at the moment) and hacking her devices
• scared of me going through her devices
• wants to install her own router.

And many other things. Just some background information we separated for a few months and I moved back now. We had an incident where our stay at home nanny stole a lot of our shit and I think that triggered some extreme trust issues in my wife.

Wife is also convinced that the nanny was slipping something in her drinks and wife says she got addicted to that thing. She will not tell me any more details about that story, it sounds very fishy to me.

She says she is getting some kind rehab or treatment , but the story doesn’t make sense , how did she know the exact thing that was in the drink? She has also mentioned that the doctor gave her the same drug in small dose to regulate until the stops taking it , what kind of doctor would give a so called addict doses to take home ?

She says the drug is still showing up in her blood test , but why would she say that if she also said she is regulate quitting the drug as well.

I don’t understand why she would make up this drug story other than it being some crazy delusion.

My life is a living hell right now and I don’t know what to do , I told her she might need psychiatric help but she’s not having it. I have no idea what to do.
