  1. I think she turned in the note because her coworker 1 saw it and 2 if she didn’t and anyone did see it could’ve jeopardized her job potentially and she’s new so she doesn’t want trouble. The signs are so obvious she digs me I swear but she’s timid so she ain’t gonna make a move.

What if I opted to switch to a different clinic and said “hey when I’m not a patient anymore next week would you grab coffee with me?”

  2. Agree with this but 18+ I don’t really see why not? When I was 18 and moved away for university I still would come home and go to the dentist every 6 months. It’s been made clear to me by dentists and family that dental care is largely preventative so that’s what worries me – imagine we have kids and God forbid something happens to me and I’m not around. Will my children only get dental care once their mouth is full of observable cavities, which could be far too late?

  3. Yes, she has just begun this week. I mean, I think I made it sound like I'm texting her nonstop, which I'm not. I rarely do, but she basically never replies. Which is funny because when she has them she always contacts me over the most random things. But when I have them she's living her best life with her new dude and won't ever reply, basically. That's not really relevant, though, but I'm calm when I'm trying to communicate with her. If I even try to be firm she will lose her shit and scream/send abuse at me and we are never getting anywhere anyways, so there's no point in trying to be anything than calm. It just doesn't work, neither, unfortunately. Funny thing is I called child services (directly translated, but I don't really think that's the correct word in English) and told them about it. They were appalled anyways, so I know this something she truly should cooperate on. But I'll try to just let her breathe for a second. It's Friday tomorrow and then the kids will stay with her parents (she's partying in the weekends, ehhh) and then I'll get them back on Monday. Hopefully we will be able to speak properly before they go back to her the following week.
