I can understand but wanting to have you join guy time, it might not even be about you. They may have a girl in the group that always wants to come, they may use the time to talk about really personal things. Or they may just be sexist idiots.
However, if your bf knows you like fishing and won't even go just the two of you on your own trip then he has a problem with women doing “guy stuff” and he doesn't sound that great.

It’s weird for a subreddit that usually is ultra pro breaking up that they are making OP seem like the bad guy here.
IMO it has to do with the time. If it was “Last week my BF was down to cheat on me”, I'd say just end it.
It's been three years though, and her boyfriend has apparently been loyal to her and avoiding this girl. I'd recommend she explain her position to him (not the whole power dynamic bullshit, but about how his wording seems to put the blame on her), but not immediately break up. Mind you, if she can't get over his past willingness to cheat, she should still break up.
Now, if he replies with something like “It is because of you though” or something like that, I'd lean more towards she should break up. Him avoiding the other girl should be something he's doing voluntarily to show that he's committed to OP (and done with her) and not just because OP said so.
