who asked for the break? if it was him, you might want to investigate whether he too was sleeping around. all this guilt for someone being a hypocrite seems like a shitty way to move on with your life. if he says he forgives you, he needs to act like it and stop bringing it up. otherwise this relationship is not going to last.
I actually asked this question what's changed since we started dating because I truthfully don't believe I've changed outside of conceding things like playing video games during the day or going out to the bar to blow off steam with my buddies. Her response was the only thing diffrent is the ammount of time we are around eachother now that we live together. I'll contact a lawyer today to see where things stand
I think you should prepare for a break up. She may not want to talk because then you're there talking for hrs again with no changed behavior. To change it, you'll have to work(therapy) through why you need the reassurance and such. Changing takes time but this relationship is probably meant to be a learning lesson.
