I would possibly consider OCD. I have OCD and when it flares I will often find myself looking for things to trigger me as a form of obsession. mainly for me, it’s health things (checking my heart rate, lifting my arms to check for a stroke) but at one point I became obsessed with knowing who around me washed their hands. I was in my lower teens at the time. I would listen in and remind people to wash because the thought of them not doing it used to make me physically nauseous until I would throw up. I’m much better now and can recognize how toxic, controlling, and at times manipulative it was
I feel as you're being vague here. Would he not like it or would he not like it to the extent that he asked you to unfollow them because they make him insecure? Not liking something but keeping that to yourself and not liking something enough to ask your partner to stop doing it all together are two different things.
