Well small update for those interested:
She called up at like 08:30 ( I wrote to her and said we needed to talk). We met up later in the day.
She was super apologetic, at her home. I choose to believe her explanation that she got too intoxicated and that’s it. It was quite along discussion, but I was impressed by how she took ownership and agreed that the position I was put in wasn’t fair.
I’ll keep by eyes open for any future red flags, but that’s it for now.
I can’t afford a paternity test at the moment, and I asked both Greg and Brian to get one and they never did. When I was pregnant and at the hospital after giving birth I asked Brian if he still wanted one and he said no. So now I’m stuck doing all this damage control when it should’ve been done already in the first place. I’ll see if I can find an affordable DNA test, but even if Brian isn’t the father, does that mean he can’t legally be the father anymore? Because his name is on the birth certificate and they share a last name.
