2. I came here to say get rid of the bf but others beat me to it.

   First off you don't need permission from him especially if you support yourself and live alone. I can understand asking for his input as you were making the decision, which is probably what you did and that's normal, but ultimately the decision was yours regardless of what he says. Now, he straight up lied about his true feelings and expected you to read his mind to know his true feelings….aint that messed up. You can tell him save his breath because you're happy with your decision and won't be changing your mind. If he threatens the relationship then let him go since he clearly doesn't value your bond enough. You promised to give that kitty baby a forever home, now give the baby all the love and kisses. Chances that cat will stick by you and be more genuine than your bf. Just think what you would have done if your bf wasn't in the picture or if you had a more supportive partner… would you return the kitty? Do YOU want to return any of the babies?
