Hi, Thank you so much for the response – I genuinely feel like you understand where I’m coming from or at least got the gist of what I’m saying here. I do believe it’s something we can talk about for sure and I obviously don’t want to lose him but I also want him to explore and be firm in who he really is.
The honesty and sharing intimate parts of himself with me part I full agree with, you said it perfectly.
The part that upset me about the comment was that to me it feels like he was basically implying that that’s why he finds my laugh amusing or attractive if that makes sense which just made me a bit uncomfortable, hence the underlying feeling of being a vessel for his actual desires. As well as the comparisons with our sex life that’s not okay and it would make anyone feel a little insecure because I’m not a man so why even say such especially while we’re having sex.
Nonetheless thank you again for your response it really helps a lot more than you know, I’ll have this conversation with him and hopefully it goes well.
