I agree with husband on this one. Wife’s father brings nothing but chaos drama and bad situations all around but wife is stuck to him like glue. She was followed two weeks ago by his “friends” to our house. He’s been on drugs idk how many times, mooched off us for years. And all of his buddies are just drug addicts yet she runs to him with every little problem and everything and always sticks up for him it’s honestly sad. So nah I’ve had to put the foot down too he won’t stay with us ever again. She acts like this can’t happen with family but oh yes it can. Your spouse signed up to take care of you and that’s it anything extra they do it out of love and you keep forcing him to do something like this quicker out of love he’ll be. Trust me…
I have a cousin that before he had kids would being a new girl over to every family event/ bbq. We all said hello and cracked jokes with the random new woman, knowing damn well she wouldn't be coming to the next one. Some people will just jump the shark .
