I think I need a new therapist. We went into my issues and am working on them. Even discussed what happened a few days after I went through her photos. She helped me realize why I did it and I’m working on my insecurities still. I guess the lack of intimacy has just been messing with me a lot more than I thought. I love her, I hope she will know that I would never do anything like this again. If she breaks up with me then I will learn from this. Will be hurting for a while, and miss her terribly, but I will learn from this.
