Tbh, no. OP shouldn't marry him and see this as a wake-up call. Her fiancé is totally disregarding her feelings and boundaries every time something is going on with his brother. Your husband needs to figure out a method to get himself up. I recommend setting an alarm on his phone and then setting another alarm across the room that he has to get up to turn off. (that's what works for me)
