1. Women like men are entitled to have fun when having sex, we are not required to only have sex with the purpose of a relationship/marriage or children.

   I can understand why women didn't want to date you if this is how you consider your wife, do her a favor and divorce her, let her find a man who'll actually be a man and not a boy at pretending to be one.

2. Haven't said anything about it to a therapist either. I can feel the self sabotaging energy from here.

   You being a bad partner is still on you even if you have a reason, because it's not an excuse. You have an opportunity AND a reason to grow, maybe take it and do the right thing so you don't lose both.

   Do yourself a huge favor and find a therapist and start working through it. Just by what you've said in the post and the comments I can sense you'd probably blow this relationship up one way or another because you can't accept healthy love.

   I legitimately hope you try. I've had an ex you remind me of, and we might have been good if she just did the work to be better. Instead of getting help, she cheated on me twice at parties cuz running is easier lol
