Well, it sounds like a) she wanted the break and b) she wants different behaviour from you. Getting back together is about HER needs. So I would ask her “you were the one that wanted this break. If it is up to me, we het back together now. But I know you want me to work on myself and change behaviour before we do that. So what exact goals do you want me to meet? Because I don't really know what you need regards to that”.
And if she can't set up goals with you, you will be in the dark forever. So then I would just break up and work on your own mental health and life on your own. You can always get back together again, but at least you know the rules then. Now you are in a weird break up. Did you even spoke about whether you can date others or not in the meantime? Or what other rules do or don't exist?

I don't say this lightly, but my best advice is to leave the relationship and not spend any more time trying to figure out why your girlfriend is like this or what her motivations might be.

First of all, and I am a woman in a relationship myself, it is absolutely disrespectful to have a sex video you made with anyone else other than your partner still in your posession while you’re in a relationship. It’s wrong that she even has it.
Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt and she really didn’t realise she still had this video. Fine, it can be forgiven, whatever. Let’s also assume she hasn’t cheated recently, and it really is an old video. Why is it in her camera roll from 1 week ago? If she really did find it further back in her camera roll and ‘planned to delete it’, the only reason it would be in her camera roll from 1 week ago is if she re-saved it because she liked the video. I know it’s shit to hear, but that’s the only explanation.
No matter how you spin this she has been extremely disrespectful and even if it is an old video, it being saved in her camera roll recently tells you she enjoyed watching the video when she stumbled across it recently and probably plans on rewatching it to get off on it. Just being honest from a woman’s perspective.
So what do I do with that information?
First of all, kids kiss, adults fuck. The probability that she just made out are slim to none. She's most likely trickle truthing you.
Also consider that this is not cheating long ago for you, you just found out and you are reacting almost the same as if she cheated yesterday. This needs to be considered both by you but especially your wife because she needs to be aware of this.
One of the main thing here is that your trust is damaged and she needs to be the one active in building that back up.
For reconciliation she should do the following. Give a timeline/complete story of the cheating. Free access to her phone and socials. No more going out drinking without you. Be overly informative about where she's going and how long she will be gone and keep those times. Do couples counseling.
In the end you are the only one who can decide if you can forgive her for this betrayal.
